In their words: thank-you letters from our clients.
The Home Doctors was founded on reliability, honesty, quality and value. Over the years, clients have sent us thank-you letters for work done on those principles. Here they are, word for word.
“Dear Craig, Thank you for the terrific job the Home Doctors did installing the new windows in our house. Bill and I are both impressed with the fine craftsmanship and your attention to detail! You cheerfully accommodated our many extra requests, you and your crew were unfailingly courteous and respectful of our privacy, and you always dealt with us fairly and honestly. You were true professionals in every respect. I would not hesitate to recommend the Home Doctors to anyone seeking a reputable construction firm.”
“Craig, I really have to compliment Dan in writing. In the twenty-two years we’ve owned a home, we’ve done two major and a raft of minor remodel projects where we contracted the work. I only wish I’d had someone as professional and quality-oriented as Dan on some of the other ones. He’s just the best to work with: knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and a great craftsman and advisor. It was great to leave for work every day and know there would be no problems or disappointments waiting for me when I returned. In fact, I’ve never been motivated to write a letter like this for a contractor.”
“Home Doctors, Thanks you so much for your prompt, excellent service! I will call you in a month or so to set up a meeting to go over my “list.” I will be singing your praises to all my friends and neighbors. Take Care.”
“Tapley, Thanks again for a great job! Everyone here loved the new office. Also, thanks for fitting me in during a busy time — I guess all times are busy… Sure to see you again — something always needing fixing or building.”
